Nidhogg 2, the sequel to the popular sword jousting game, will make its way on to PS4 and PC later this year. The developer Messhoff announced earlier today that gamers can expect the release to be August 15.
The sequel sees players attempting to reach the end of the opposing player’s side of the level, this time with an expanded array of weapons and customization options. From the standard rapier to other blades, bows and more, all of which can be thrown, duelists will have plenty of tools to choose from as they chase one another, avoiding environmental hazards along the way.
Nidhogg 2 will be released on both PC and PS4 simultaneously.
