After two superstar pairings announced yesterday, Kurt Angle has followed up with news of Monday Night Raw’s newest team for the upcoming Mixed Match Challenge: Finn Bálor and Sasha Banks.
Finn Bálor, a former NXT and Universal Champion, and Sasha Banks, a four-time Women’s Champion both make for an exciting combination on paper.
Sasha Banks has helped make history for the WWE Women’s Division on numerous occasions. This includes competing in the first ever women’s Hell in a Cell Match against Charlotte Flair, and Bálor is notably the longest-reigning NXT champion in history.
This team could well be the one to beat in this tournament.
The WWE Mixed Match Challenge begins exclusively on Facebook Live on January 16th, with the eventual winners taking home $100,000 for a charity of their choice.
