Neville Makes His Pro Wrestling Return

It’s been almost a year since Neville, the “King of the Cruiserweights”, shockingly walked out on WWE, shortly after losing the Cruiserweight championship to Enzo Amore.

Twelve months passed by and the whereabouts of Neville were a complete mystery, with the former NXT Champion remaining radio silent and virtually disappearing from the face of the Earth.

That was until he made a sudden return to wrestling, appearing at Day One of Dragon Gate’s event, Gate of Victory, under his old ring name, PAC.

Neville has a lot of time served with Dragon Gate, wrestling for the company for over five years and winning multiple championships before signing to NXT in 2012.

Neville returned as part of an angle involving a mysterious figure, known only as ‘X’.
In recent times, Neville has been strongly linked with New Japan Pro Wrestling, with many anticipating he may be the newest member of the Los Ingobernables de Japon stable, led by former NJPW Heavyweight Champion, Tetsuya Naito.

Whatever happens next, it is awesome to finally see “The Man That Gravity Forgot” return to the pro wrestling scene, and it definitely looks like a good time to keep an eye on the Japanese side of things.
