During yesterday’s Final Kombat tournament for Mortal Kombat 11, Netherrealm Studios revealed the debut gameplay trailer for the next DLC character, Spawn. As you might expect, he looks absolutely brutal, and we can’t wait to get our hands on him. Check out the debut trailer below.
Spawn utilises all the tools you’d expect from the character, including guns, axes, swords, chains, his cape and more. He can even float in the air briefly, and turn invisible. Honestly, he might be a truly top-tier character, and it’ll be interesting to see how we’ll be able to play with his variations and moves.
Spawn will be available to Kombat Pass owners on March 17th, while everyone else will have to wait until March 24th to download. He will also be launching with two skin packs, with the Matinee Pack offering new skins for Jacqui Briggs, Kotal Kahn and Erron Black, while the Hellspawn Jacqui skin offers a Spawn themed skin for Jacqui.
