May 2018’s Xbox Game Pass Line-Up Revealed

Game Pass

Major Nelson has just revealed the next wave of games joining the Xbox Game Pass program in May, and beyond the already announced State of Decay 2, there’s some decent additions. As is always the case, there’s something for everyone here.

The full list of games is as follows, and the games will be available as part of the Game Pass on May 1st unless stated otherwise:

– State of Decay 2 (on May 22nd)
– Pro Evolution Soccer 2018
– Laser League (on May 10th)
– Overcooked
– The Escapists
– Homefront: The Revolution
– Unmechanical: Extended
– Sonic & Knuckles

State of Decay 2 and Laser League are two big additions for the service. Adding new releases to the Xbox Game Pass is only going to help drive up the level of subscribers. Meanwhile, additions like Pro Evolution Soccer 2018, Overcooked and Sonic & Knuckles ensure that all varieties of gamer are catered. That being said, on April 30th, you will have to say goodbye to NBA 2K17, WWE 2K17 and Lumo, as they’re leaving the library.

If you’re tempted at all by this line-up of additions, you might be interested to know that for the next week and a half, from April 26th to May 8th according to Major Nelson’s blog, new members can take advantage of an introductory offer and get their first month of Game Pass for $1/£1. We say according to his blog, as the deal appears to be live right now in the UK.

What are your thoughts on the Xbox Game Pass line-up? Will you be taking advantage of that $1/£1 offer? Let us know in the comments, and check out what’s coming to Games With Gold in May.
