Masahiro Ito, the former art director for Silent Hill 2 and 3, has announced on Twitter that he’s working on a brand new project that he can’t reveal just yet. Seemingly alluding to the now cancelled Silent Hills, he also hopes that this game doesn’t get cancelled. Check out the tweet below.

According to his tweet, he’ll be serving as part of the game’s core team, though his Twitter bio states that he’s been working as a freelance artist. At the very least, we can probably rule out the idea that he’s working for Konami again, but who he’s working for is a bit of a mystery at the moment.
