Marvel’s Midnight Suns has a variety of superheroes for players to unlock as they look to put an end to Lilith’s tide of terror. One of those heroes is perhaps the most popular superhero of them all: Spider-Man. He actually appears almost immediately in the story, but is not instantly playable.
Luckily, it’s pretty straightforward to unlock Spider-Man in Marvel’s Midnight Suns, as players have to simply keep playing the main story for a few hours until a story mission called Spidermaaaans becomes available, in which Hunter has to return to New York City to save Spider-Man from Venom.
Venom is a pretty intimidating boss for the early game of Marvel’s Midnight Suns thanks to his two life bars and his hard-hitting attacks, but remember to make full use of the environment and Spider-Man’s Chain Strike and Quick Kick attacks to deal with the grunts and rack up plenty of damage on Venom.
Once defeated, Spider-Man will come back to The Abbey with you to recuperate. Go to sleep and then go speak with him the next morning and he will be added to your team in Midnight Suns.
Marvel’s Midnight Suns is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X & S.
