Like most games, money is an integral part of the Like A Dragon: Ishin, as you’ll need a healthy supply of it in order to upgrade your weapons, buy food from restaurants and complete some of the game’s substories. However, because there’s a lot of items and distractions to spend your money on, finding ways to make some fast cash is well worth it.
With that in mind, here’s everything you need to know about how you can earn more mon/ryo in Like A Dragon: Ishin.
Like A Dragon: Ishin – How To Earn More Mon Quickly
There are a number of ways to earn more mon/kyo both reliably and quickly. Here’s just a few of the ways we’ve found.
– Fighting bandits or hoodlums on the streets typically grants a healthy amount of mon.
– There’s a woodcutter in Fushimi who offers a decent amount of mon per log chopped. Max out your bond with him, and you’ll earn even more mon.
– You can unlock a special shop tied to the Shinto Priest, and purchase plates using Virtue that can be traded in at Ebisu Pawn for a massive mon/ryo injection. You’ll need to invest a decent amount of Virtue in order to do this though, so it’s not the most practical solution, but can pay dividends.
– In Chapter 4, you’ll unlock the Another Life mode, where you can grow produce and cook meals on your farm away from Kyo. Here, you can complete orders for a bit of extra mon.
– In Chapter 5, you’ll become the caption of the Third Division, and can complete certain missions for a decent amount of mon/ryo. You’ll also earn a good amount of crafting materials following this method, so it’s worth doing anyway.
Like A Dragon: Ishin is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X & S.
