During tonight’s X019 event, it was announced that Nexon’s free-to-play kart racing game KartRider: Drift will be making its way to the Xbox One, with a closed beta set for December. Check out the announcement trailer below.

Having launched back in 2004, KartRider boasts nearly 400 million players across Asia, but will be making its debut for Western audiences on Xbox One, Steam and the Nexon Launcher. Luckily, Drift will include cross-platform capabilities, so you can play with your friends regardless of their platform of choice.

KartRider: Drift champions customisation above all else, as players will be able to create characters and karts that match their personality. With three modes, including Time Attack, Item Mode and Speed Mode, you should find all of your needs covered. The game is only set for a vague 2020 release date, though a closed beta will be available from December 5th, with sign-ups available on the game’s website.
