Just Cause 3, while by no means unplayable on console, is a game seemingly designed for PC, which certainly makes a nice change from what we see in most multi-platform games. It still has its issues, sure, but it’s always easy to look past a couple of little hiccups when you can mess around with cows for hours on end.
Seeing as how it’s the ultimate way to experience Avalanche’s mad destruction simulator, it’s apt, then, that a free trial is now available exclusively on PC through Steam.
Timed perfectly with the release of the community-developed multiplayer mod, which Square Enix themselves are advocating, the trial will last from now until tomorrow (27th July). Adding to that, the game itself is at 75% off until the 28th – it’s currently going for £7.49 in my region. The Just Cause trilogy is also available at just over £15. That’s not a bad price at all.
