All Elite Wrestling is certainly squaring up to be huge competition for WWE as Cody and The Young Bucks have signed a roster of huge Ring of Honor and independent talent, including SoCal Uncensored (Christopher Daniels, Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio Sky), fellow Elite member ‘Hangman’ Adam Page as well as former WWE star PAC (Neville in WWE) and the legendary Chris Jericho.

With a strong roster already, AEW have just signed a huge name in the form of British hardcore wrestling icon Jimmy Havoc. Havoc made the announcement on his Twitter page saying “the future starts here”.

Known for his work in TNA, Defiant Wrestling, ICW and Progress (of which he was the longest reigning world champion), and the first British wrestler to compete in Combat Zone Wrestling’s Tournament of Death, Jimmy Havoc is most notable for his hardcore matches against a whole slew of wrestling talent including ECW legend Sabu and NXT UK stars Primate and Zack Gibson. Jimmy Havoc has cemented himself as one of the toughest wrestlers to step into the ring with, so the possibility of seeing him go toe to toe with Chris Jericho, Hangman Page and PAC is the stuff of wrestling dreams.

As the AEW roster is slowly revealed, the biggest question still remains of the fate of Kenny Omega, who is now officially a free agent. Only time will tell whether The Best Bout Machine follows his Elite brethren to AEW or charts his own course going elsewhere.
