Immortals: Fenyx Rising’s Release Date And Screenshots Leaked

Gods and Monstrous Leaks.

Fenyx Rising

It wouldn’t be an Ubisoft game if it didn’t suffer a catastrophic leak ahead of an official reveal, and Immortals: Fenyx Rising is no different. The game formerly known as Gods And Monsters has been leaked via ratings boards earlier this week, and now it’s appeared on the Microsoft Store, pointing towards a release on December 3rd.

The listing has naturally been removed since, but the details were captured via VG24/7 and it’s revealed a host of new details about Fenyx Rising, chief among them being the fact it’ll support Smart Delivery, so you’ll have a new, free copy waiting for you when you make the next-gen upgrade. We also know more about the game itself, as we’ll control Fenyx as they venture through seven unique regions, using the powers of the Greek Gods to save the world, taking on mythological bests such as Medusa along the way.

The screenshots also showcase Immortals: Fenyx Rising’s new art style, swapping out the more cartoonish proportions of the first reveal trailer for something a little more realistic. The game’s still incredibly vibrant and colourful, but it feels a bit more generic now, honestly. Either way, we’ll be seeing more of the game at Ubisoft’s Forward event next week.
