ORIGINAL STORY: Following a successful introductory period via uPlay, Ubisoft are today bringing Hyper Scape to consoles with the release of its PS4 and Xbox One versions.
A sci-fi battle royale, Hyper Scape features a few interesting twists on the traditional BR format, one of which includes the ability to morph into a giant ball. Yes.

“Fight your way through the unique districts of Neo Arcadia, a virtual city featuring imposing landmarks that bring verticality to the next level. Engage in high-stakes combat as you explore its streets, interiors, and rooftops.”
With its PS4 and Xbox One release, Hyper Scape will also be moving out of beta on PC and into a full release. Season 1 will feature a new weapon, hack, limited-time modes, and, of course, a Battle Pass.
While Hyper Scape certainly has its audience, it seems that that audience is not on Twitch. In the face of the likes of Fortnite, Warzone and many, many more, Hyper Scape hasn’t exactly set viewership records, but who knows what might happen with its 1.0 launch.
