Ghost of Tsushima is a game all about swordplay, it making you rely on quick timing and patience to survive a battle. Once all your enemies have been slain, however, Jin does like to stand there with his katana out. Luckily for you, there is a way to sheathe it.

The game never overtly tells you this, but if you swipe right on the DualShock 4’s touchpad, Jin will sheathe his katana. Swipe right again to unsheathe it. We strongly recommend that you sheathe your sword before getting on your house as you may accidentally stab them like we have already about ten times. We’re just so used to triangle being the right button, don’t judge us.

The touchpad in Tsushima actually does quite a lot, so whether it’s helping you to navigate via the wind or even something as simple as a bow, the game offers some of the best uses for the touchpad that we’ve seen in quite some time.

Ghost of Tsushima is out now exclusively for the PlayStation 4.
