Fortnite’s Blockbuster Skin May Have Just Leaked

Fortnite Season 4

For season 4 of Fortnite, Epic Games introduced Blockbuster challenges: a way of pushing more players fully completing their lists of challenges. Once players complete seven weeks (does not have to be one after another), they will unlock a new skin, which has so far been shrouded in mystery.

Thanks to some diligent dataminers, we may have just had an early first look at it. The reason why is because Thursday’s challenge update will mean that many will have finished seven different weeks of challenges, at which point the below should become available.

Known as “Visitor”, the skin may unlock to coincide with the meteor in Dusty Divot opening up to reveal a landing pod. The skin’s alien-esque appearance would certainly back that up.

The skin was discovered by @TwoEpicBuddies, who also pointed out that the skin is going to be customisable, much in the same way as Omega and Carbide.

Of course, until it’s officially revealed, take this with a pinch of salt. It does seem to align with the shadowy outline used as the teaser for the Blockbuster screen, however.

Fortnite’s Blockbuster challenges become available each week after polishing off the main challenges for Battle Pass holders. As well as giving you an extra tier towards the new skin, picking up the Battle Star will also grant you a free Battle Pass tier.

To complete a Blockbuster challenge, you have to scan a loading screen that unlocks after finishing all of the challenges and then find a star which you can then correlate to the Fortnite map. It’s a neat little twist, honestly, so find out how you can complete the most recent one.
