Every new season of Fortnite typically brings with it a new PlayStation Plus pack, and that’s the case with Season 8’s new selection of “free” cosmetics.
Available exclusively to those who subscribe to PlayStation Plus, this pack can be added to your library either on the PlayStation Store on PS4 or PS5, or via the PlayStation website. Once claimed, you will then be able to add them to your locker, though you may have to go through some extra steps to use them on other items.

Unless Epic change their minds, you won’t be able to get these cosmetics anywhere else apart from via a PlayStation Plus subscription. Also, once these cosmetics rotate out for the next pack, you won’t be able to claim them again,
How To Get PlayStation Plus
PlayStation Plus is a subscription service for those on PS4 and PS5. You can subscribe directly from your console, the official website, or you can even use gift cards to subscribe for a discount.
PlayStation Plus costs $59.99 / £49.99 for a full 12-month subscription, but you can just buy 1 month and still keep all of the cosmetics in the PlayStation Plus Celebration Pack for Fortnite.
As well as free Fortnite stuff, subscribers can also claim “free” games each month as well as a permanent selection of PS4 games on PS5.
How To Connect Your Epic Games Account
If you’re playing Fortnite across multiple platforms and want to be able to use the PlayStation Plus cosmetics elsewhere, you must first make sure you have your Epic Games account connected to your PlayStation one.
To do so, go to www.epicgames.com and then sign in to Epic and select Account > Connected Accounts > Connect > Link your PlayStation account, and then you should be able to use all of your cosmetics on different platforms that you use the Epic Games account on.
