Fortnite Season 6 Might Feature Werewolves For Halloween Maybe

Fortnite Season 6

With just one day to go until Fortnite season 6 gets underway, Epic Games have released one final tease of what we can expect and it’s the most confusing one yet. Once you think have their plans even slightly figured out, they add werewolves.

Check it out below:

How do I even begin to parse this in the context of the other teases? So far, we’ve seen a llama DJ and a cowgirl, but now we have a werewolf who looks like he might be inspired by the eighties or a PG-13 Deviantart account?

It seems like the werewolf might be a skin to coincide with Halloween, which Season 6 falls slap bang in the middle of. Last year saw Fortnitemares and the introduction of the infamous Skull Trooper skin, so they’re going to have go all out to top it.

Saying that, the dimensions on this skin might actually make it impossible to be a skin. For one, the width on the head is crazy, as well as it being far beefier than literally any skin we’ve ever seen. Perhaps it’s a boss a la Thanos that you have to kill in an LTM? Only time will tell.

Fortnite season 6 launches on September 27th. Good news, PS4 players: you will now be able to play with all your mates.
