If you’ve yet to find all those creepy gnomes or cherish Tilted Towers like the massacre playground that is, you better act fast: Fortnite season 4 officially kicks off tomorrow. The question is: what will it be bringing with it?
The easy money was on May 1st being the start of season 4 of Fortnite with its Battle Pass ticking down in terms of days remaining, but there was no official confirmation. Epic Games have just rectified that with a quick update that also seems to confirm the season’s theme.

It’s not a leap to suggest that those are superheroes on the horizon, seemingly backed up by a few promotional images over the last few days. Those images have included the now notorious meteor(s) with an elusive figure in the background, as well as some very superhero-esque text.
Little else is known, but it’s hard to believe that the constant hints about chaos coming to Fortnite don’t hold water. Something big is changing in Fortnite, even if there wasn’t a big bang as prophesied. What will go bang, though, are Epic’s servers.
