Fortnite: Season 2 is finally here, but ahead of the island opening up for yet more warfare, Epic has dropped a story trailer that shows off the theme of the season: Resistance.
The trailer begins with IO once again breaching their way onto the island with a whole host of Fortnite characters doing battle. Gunnar takes on The Foundation in a much closer battle this time, Agent Jones teams up with a default, and Slone unleashes some kind of device that wipes out technology. This is all before Doctor Strange appears and brings back Black Widow and Iron Man.
The trailer concludes with a giant showdown as both the IO and you, the titular Resistance, square off, with Battle Buses taking on tanks. We know who our money’s on.
Fortnite is free-to-play on PC via the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Android.
