With every new summer comes a new event in Fortnite, but also a whole host of summer skins. Typically sunny spins on fan favourite outfits, 2021 is no different with the likes of Midas, Brutus, and, well, pretty much all of the most popular skins getting new variations that are sold separately.
Released as part of the Cosmic Summer Celebration event, all of these skins will be coming to the Item Shop over the next days and weeks. It’s a good chance to flesh out your locker if you don’t already own them, especially if you’re a rare skin collector as they probably won’t arrive again until next year.

Summer Midas / Midsummer Midas
It seems as if this spin on the Midas skin will be available in a bundle with a Loading Screen and other cosmetics. It will also comes with three styles.
Beach Jules

Scuba Crystal
Just when you thought you were safe from the sweaties, here’s Scuba Crystal.
Boardwalk Ruby
Ruby lets her hair down with the Boardwalk Ruby skin.
Beach Brutus
A reminder that Brutus is a beefcake.
Nitrojerry
Nitrojerry will be sold as part of the Firecracker bundle, presumably as part of July 4th.
Fortnite 2021 Summer Skins Prices and Release Dates
As for how much these skins cost, expect to pay 1500 V-Bucks at the most for a single skin, just as Epic very rarely sell Legendary skin anymore. It’d also be a bit financially terrible of you to buy restyles of skins that are already out for any more than 1500, just saying.
In terms of when they will release, expect to see all of the summer skins release over the course of the seasonal event, which will go on for roughly the next two weeks.
