Final Open Beta Available Now For Black Desert

Not like there isn't enough to do already this weekend.

Black Desert

Between the releases of Anthem (via EA/Origin Access), Crackdown 3, Far Cry: New Dawn, Jump Force and Metro: Exodus, along with the free weekend for Rainbow Six Siege and the recent demos for Yoshi’s Crafted World and Daemon X Machina on the Switch, there’s plenty of games to play this weekend. Allow us to muddy the waters a little bit more: the final open beta for Black Desert is available now on Xbox One.

From February 14th to February 17th, players will be able to experience the fantasy MMORPG that made waves on PC as they use the incredibly in-depth character creator to play as one of six classes: Berserker, Ranger, Sorceress, Warrior, Witch and Wizard. Players will then be able to explore the first two regions of the game, Balenos and Serendia, taking on story quests or engaging in the PvP guild based combat known as Node Wars.

The full game will be available on March 4th, with three editions purchasable – Standard, Deluxe and Ultimate, with the Deluxe and Ultimate editions offering more unique in-game items. Pre-ordering any edition of the game will also grant you early access, with the Standard edition going live on March 3rd, the Deluxe edition on March 2nd and the Ultimate edition on March 1st.
