Before The Game Awards 2022 was waylaid by a little kid shouting out his rabbi named Bill Clinton, Square Enix took to the stage to unveil a brand new gameplay trailer for Final Fantasy XVI, along with a release date. Players can enjoy the brand new JRPG on PS5 from June 22nd. Check out the trailer at the top of the page.
The new trailer features more of lead character Clive Rosfield, along with his relationship with his brother Joshua. The trailer also spotlights more of the Eikons, giant monsters that will probably be some of the most thrilling fights in Final Fantasy history. Hopefully, FF XVI lives up to the massive hype when it launches on PS5 in June 2023.
