Durable Seals is a common Resolver Material in Far Cry 6 that’s used for Supremo and weapon improvements.
Durable Seals can most commonly be found in scrapyards and garages, but you can also trade in animal meat to get them. Jaguar Meat, Deer Meat, Cougar Meat, and more can all be traded for Durable Seals.
It’s not that difficult to find them, you should find some from just clearing out areas of enemies and exploring what they leave behind.
Once you have Durable Seals, take it to any one of the Workbenches across the map to start upgrading your Supremo and weapons.
