The Fallout Monopoly Board is Looking Beautiful

Fallout Monopoly

If you want something to help pass the time until Fallout 4, here’s something that could be the perfect way to tick down the minutes. Well, apart from plugging into Tranquility Lane, of course.

The Fallout Monopoly board was announced last September with little noise coming from either brand since, but Bethesda had made it available on its store for pre-order.

As with any variation of the classic relationship-ruining board game, your objective is to buy and trade properties until you are the Donald Trump of your friendship group. Instead of buying lucrative businesses and iconic landmarks, you will instead be trying to snap up the best of the worst that the Fallout Wasteland has to offer.

A neat little touch to the game is that you can fortify your properties and it also has a Nuka-Cola bottle cap theme throughout. Tokens aren’t the typical dogs and boots that you have to choose from in traditional Monopoly either as the edition will use S.P.E.C.I.A.L. tokens instead. Can’t help but feel that they missed a trick by not using the many beasts of the Wasteland instead, though. Being the one with a deathclaw token would mean an instant win.
