Shabiri Grapes are an item in Elden Ring that you will first encounter shortly after defeating Godrick in Stormveil Castle.
On your way north through the castle, drop down a ladder and then walk backwards to find a corpse and spirit where you can find your first Shabiri Grape.
Continue travelling north until you leave the castle and enter Liurnia of the Lakes for the first time. Keep venturing north until you encounter Hyetta, a woman with bandages over her eyes.
She will request that you bring any Shabiri Grapes. If you agree, she will give you the As You Wish pose.
After this first donation, Hyetta will move across Liurna and then eventually at Frenzied Flame Proscription in Leyndell. After this first encounter, find her at the Purified Ruins, then Gate Town Bridge Site, then Bellum Church (where she will ask you for a Fingerprint Grape instead) before eventually Leyndell. Encounter her there to move forward the Lord of Blood questline or Lord of Chaos questline.
