EA FC 24 Ultimate Team: How To Tell If You Have a Walkout

One of the biggest joys for every FIFA — or, as it’s now known, EA FC — is opening packs. The pack opening animations change every year, and this year is no different. The tunnels that used to be used to determine the walkout in FIFA 23 have been changed this time out, and fans are wondering how to tell if they have packed a high-rated player in EA FC 24.

As it turns out, there are still some ways to tell if you have packed a walkout player, but you need to pay attention to the details more carefully. So, let’s find out how to tell if you have a walkout in EA FC 24 Ultimate Team.

EA FC 24: Pack Animations Explained

The only way to tell if you packed a high-rated player is to carefully look at the lights and the brightness behind the Ultimate Team logo.

If the lights are white or faded, you pack a Non-Rare Gold player. If the lights are more gold and bright, then the player will be a Rare Gold.

After the Ultimate Team logo and Nation Panel go away, you will see the Position Panel. You should now look at the golden beams right hand from the panel.

If golden beams are faded, you will pack with a card rated 75-82. If they are shimmering, you have just packed an 83+ rated drop.

It is quite easy to identify a walkout in EA Sports FC 24; the difference between the animations is significant and easy to spot.

The golden beams will be much brighter than in the pack opening animations for lower-rated players, and you’ll also notice the glimmering effect behind them.

Furthermore, you can identify a high-rated player by looking for a burst of light when the card is revealed.
