During their E3 2018 briefing, Microsoft announced that some new content was coming to Sea of Thieves. The popular pirate co-op game lets you sail the seven seas singing shanties, pillage towns, and search for buried treasure with your crew of friends.

Now, fans of the game can expect even more adventures with two new swashbuckling DLC titled ‘Cursed Sails’ and ‘Forsaken Shore’. The first one, ‘Cursed Sails’, pits players against a new undead threat; skeletons have acquired ships and are on their way to wreak havoc on any unsuspecting living pirates. Players will have to face this army of the undead and their “cursed cannonballs”, but luckily, the new DLC also introduces the Brigantine ship, a new vessel to help smaller pirate crews gain an advantage against their undead opponents.

‘Forsaken Shores’ lets players adventure on brand new land. Unfortunately, this new land is covered with volcanoes, all of which are erupting, spewing boiling lava and giant stone debris at your unsuspecting crew. No doubt the shores also have some forsaken treasures to draw players in. Microsoft revealed both of these DLC updates in a new trailer, which you can check out below.
