E3 2015: Ubisoft Conference

Aisha Tyler took the stage to present the Ubisoft presentation again this year and among updates on titles we’re all waiting for, they announced a few new titles too. To kick things off came…

South Park: The Fractured But Whole

The sequel to last year’s The Stick Of Truth, games creator Rocksmith are making this installment which carries on directly from the last game. You’ll play as the new guy again and join the South Park gang as they play at being super heroes.

For Honor

If Dynasty Warriors and Assassin’s Creed started a family, this game would be their offspring. The game pits Vikings, Samurai and knights against each other in large scale open battles, supporting up to 4 versus 4 players and looking stunning graphically. This game shows a lot of potential.

The Crew: Wild Run

Not much information was given on what’s coming in this large update to the successful open world driving MMO but from the looks of the trailer we’ll be getting motorcycles, monster trucks and tons of new events and things to do in the already huge world of The Crew.

Trials Fusion Awesome Level Max

Not much information was given on this expansion either but from the looks of it Trials is upping their already wacky world by adding a cat riding a flaming unicorn to their roster.

The Division

Finally a release date for the hugely anticipated The Division, March 8th! (Whether this sticks, we shall see). The game is looking just as awesome as it has all along and excitement for this release is through the roof!

Anno 2205

Imagine Sim City has been hitting the gym hard, and then taking steroids in the locker room afterward, that is what Anno 2205 is bringing to your screen. This futuristic city simulator lets you build up your futuristic town and once this planet gets too crowded for your digital population you can prepare to head to the moon to start colonising that bad boy. The game itself looks vibrant and fun to play around with, I can’t wait to get my hands on this title.

Just Dance 2016

The next instalment for all of you dance fans out there is headed this way. Jason Derulo took the stage to sing one of his catchy little numbers and show off what the game looks like.

Rainbow Six Siege

The cinematic trailer to last year’s big surprise, the game that requires you to think carefully and work together to rescue hostages from other real life players. You get one life each and must navigate the fully destructible environment to make sure you get those poor hostage souls out safe and sound.

Trackmania Turbo

This revamped version of a 2011 Nintendo DS title looks both fun and challenging. It has over 200 tracks already and the ability to make as many of your own as you like, and, it’s going to VR functionality too.

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate

Unity’s Redemption is almost upon us! This title is shaping up to be the best Assassins Creed Title yet, set in Victorian London you take the role of either Evie or Jacob Frye. This is their most ambitious game yet introducing trains, horse and carts and high speed pursuits, and of course the new rope launcher attachment for the famed hidden blade.

Ghost Recon Wildlands

Ghost Recon is making a triumphant return to your screens in this new open world instalment. Visually it’s phenomenal, almost too much to take in. The world that surrounds you is vibrant and packed with things to do. You can approach this game any way you want, go in loud and heavy or take a stealth approach, you can even instigate situations so that you don’t even have to get directly involved. This is a rather exciting surprise for this year and I can’t wait to see more of this game.
