Relic Perks are brand new perks introduced for Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty. They will unlock shortly after you meet Songbird as part of the opening section of the expansion, and are some of the most powerful perks across the whole game.
There are 9 Relic Perks in total to unlock, with 6 of them requiring previous unlocks to be accessible. Some Perks, such as the Jailbreak perk, require multiple Relic Points to unlocks.
To unlock new Relic Perks, you will need to acquire Relic Points, which are most commonly found with Militech Crates (or Restricted Data Terminals) that are abandoned at several spots across Dogtown. We managed to find 6 of these in total during our playthrough, which you can see in the video embed at the top of the page. However, we aren’t entirely sure if there are other Militech Crates that we missed after scouring the district, as we’re still missing 3 different unlocks.
A lot of the Militech Crates you need will naturally appear as icons on your map when you come near them around Dogtown, so they aren’t too hard to find. They look like this on your map:
The Militech Crates also emit a strange echo-y hum that is hard to ignore.
The only one that we found that wasn’t obviously showcased on the map was at this location of Increased Criminal Activity in the west section of the map near Alex’s bar.

While clearing away the criminals and descending into the cave, we came across a Militech Crate hidden away inside a random room.
Players can also earn Relic Points in Phantom Liberty by making progress in the main story. Songbird will award 3 Relic Points as part of a later story mission.
Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series.
