Call of Duty: Warzone fans have been a bit unhappy recently with regards to the playlists on offer, with modes like Quads and the limited time Scopes and Scatter Guns event replacing the traditional Trios offering. Thankfully, those times are coming to an end, as Activision and Infinity Ward have announced that Trios will be back in a playlist update launching today.
We hear you loud and clear! We'll be doing a playlist update tomorrow night, Thursday, April 16th at 11PM PST that brings BR Trios back to #Warzone.

For a limited time at least, Scopes and Scatter Guns was set to be the replacement for the usual Trios mode, but those plans have appeared to have change. It’s not clear whether Infinity Ward are planning to replace one of the currently available playlists to reintroduce vanilla Trios, or if they’ll just re-add the mode will preserving the others.
The update is scheduled to go live tonight at 11pm PT, or 2am ET/7am BST on April 17th. Tomorrow will also see a double XP and double weapon XP event kicking off for the entire weekend, while the menacing trucks have been thrown out of the game’s Solos mode, which should be good news for many players.
