The Little Book of ClarityThis little book from Jamie Smart is remarkable. He tells you all about how to summon a clear mind, to free yourself from contaminated thinking, which will help you not only to focus, but succeed in solving problems that appear to be complex. Not only does this book motivate you daily but, it gives you the opportunity to reflect on the present time you’re reading it. The in-the-moment attitude; to be able to cleanse any contaminated thinking.

He goes on to talk about toxic goals and authentic desires. One thing that too many people go through. “I will be happy when…” or “I want… So I can stop feeling…” = toxic goals, yet, expressing your wellbeing and being wise regardless to whether you achieve your goals or not knowing that you’ll always be happy, where there is no apprehension = authentic desires. These things make utter sense, in a way that everything is based on perception, the way you act towards certain situations, the way you view your world, and what you experience.

It is written to be used as an instrument where one shall read and develop an understanding of life itself; the way things are the way they are, the way numerous people have a misconception about life due to their contaminated thinking. And as Jamie says, “clarity = capacity minus contamination”. Everything negative comes from the way you think and I quite got this point as your reaction to a situation is found on how you are thinking in the present moment. If you don’t get it, then put it this way, there are poor people in the world who are happy, and rich people who are sad. Makes more sense now, doesn’t it?

The deep drivers he mentions, how having a clear mind allows you to be in-the-moment, being resilient helps you to recover, being creative helps innovate, and intuition helps you to be decisive, etc. All of these things are a great way to achieve a more positive mood and work to your best ability.

Although Jamie touches the surface on many subjects, and could have gone into more depth, it’s still enough to provide you with the necessities to have a changed mind and more buoyant outlook on life. It’s just enough to give you a broad range of knowledge and possess an easy interpretation of what each chapter means and how it relates to your life. This is what I love about this book, because it will certainly help you in a way that you can always remind yourself to vault back to clear thinking whenever you’re in a difficult situation; to focus and guide your mind to positivity. He even mentions that all of these attributes listed, you were born with, they already belong to you; it’s just up to you to evoke them and retain what has and will always be.

Jamie is a one of a kind, a person who knows how to help, share, acknowledge, obtain, and bring forth all that is needed to aid business, groups, and individuals to better themselves. I believe that this is a great way to provide people with the basic need to take action and start a new life; it’s a wonderful quick read, not too short, nor too long. It’s for everybody, from as young as you can read and as old as you can see, and I mean that literally, from improving your working life, to pursuing your dreams, to having the best relationships with your family, friends, and partner.

I can assure you that this book will alter your life, your spiritual awareness, mental capacity, and physical drive. Something that we all can do with in this present time, and although you may question some stuff in this book due to lack of depth, it’s guaranteed that you will still bring worthwhile improvements to whatever you’re putting your energy into.

Whether you’re just starting to read books or you have already read many other positive parallel publications, do take time out to read ‘The Little Book of Clarity‘, because it’s for you. There’s no-one that this book isn’t designed for, and even the most successful businesses and people claim that this piece of mental stimulant will do wonders for your life.
