In slightly underwhelming fashion, Bayley’s tag team partner for the Mixed Match Challenge has been announced by Raw GM Kurt Angle.
Tweeting earlier today, Angle explained that Elias would be the former Women’s Champion’s partner, due to Samoa Joe suffering an injury and being unable to compete.
Bayley’s partner was selected by the WWE fans, with the choices being Samoa Joe, Elias, and current Raw Tag Team Champion (and general weenie) Jason Jordan.
Alas, we won’t be seeing The Samoan Hugging Machines any time soon, but for now, Bayley will have to make do and walk with Elias.
