AVICII Invector Re-Launching On PS4, Coming To PC, Xbox One & Switch

Portions of the game's royalties will go to The Tim Bergling Foundation.

AVICII

Wired Productions have announced that AVICII Invector, a game developed in collaboration with Hello There Games and the late Swedish musician Tim Bergling a.k.a AVICII, will be re-launching on PS4 this Winter, along with a release on PC, Xbox One and the Nintendo Switch. Check out the announcement trailer below.

Already released back in 2017 on the PS4, AVICII Invector is a rhythm action game that combines 25 of AVICII’s greatest hits with beautiful visualscapes, allowing you to experience the EDM star’s music in a brand new way. With local play support for up to four players, a fully voice-acted story and multiple difficulty levels, Invector looks like more than just a one-note affair.

After his tragic passing back in 2018, and the outpouring of support afterwards, Hello There Games worked with AVICII’s family to bring Invector to new audiences, while offering new content for PS4 players. Portions of the profits from Invector will also be donated to The Tim Bergling Foundation, a foundation set-up by Tim’s parents that aims to “advocate for the recognition of suicide as a global health emergency and promote removing the stigma attached to the discussion of mental health issues”.
