The AEW Tag Title tournament reached its conclusion on last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite. SCU’s Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio Sky met with the dominant Lucha Bros in the show’s main event. After battling through teams such as The Dark Order, The Young Bucks and Private Party, these two titanic teams met for the coveted prize of becoming the inaugural AEW Tag Champs, naturally it had to come down to SCU and the Luchadores.
The action was fast and furious in this main event. If you caught SCU and Lucha Bro’s first bout at Fight for the Fallen, you knew exactly what to expect from these two teams. The tag chemistry was off the chart, this was a Tag Title match to remember.
With the rest of the Tag division watching on from ringside and the backstage area, SCU picked up the win over Pentagon and Fenix to become the first-ever champions in AEW after a swift inside cradle from Scorpio Sky.
