AEW Dynamite hasn’t exactly had the longest lifetime but it’s impressing the right people behind the television network TNT, as they’ve just extended their partnership to the year 2023. TNT’s Content Officer Kevin Reilly spoke on the matter, stating that after only three months, AEW has developed enough momentum to appeal to the desire to see the wrestling world shaken up.

Currently, the weekly AEW figures average at around 1.2 million, and reaching an astonishing total of 32 million worldwide viewers since their first episode. This is a huge amount considering how they’ve barely lifted their feet off the ground. Cody, The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega have all done an amazing job at producing a brand that is aimed at a new generation of wrestling fans, slowly making a dent in WWE’s status quo.

Dynamite will continue to do battle with NXT as the next few years play out as part of the TNT network. But will things continue on such a high? Or will AEW’s mistakes ultimately be their downfall? Make sure you drop your thoughts in the comments and check out Dynamite’s latest trailer here.
