SmackDown have revealed their next pairing for the upcoming Mixed Match Challenge. We will be seeing the team of the inaugural SmackDown Women’s Champion, Becky Lynch, and Sami Zayn.
A disguised Sami Zayn revealed to Lynch that they would be partners, with the two promising to bring out the best in each other.
A lot of people will be very happy with this team-up, as both are considered to be WWE work horses who the fans wanted management to give all the championships to a long, long time ago.
Zayn has gone through a change in outlook recently, feuding with Shane McMahon alongside fellow leader of the ‘Yep!’ movement, Kevin Owens. Only time will tell if Zayn’s new allegiance will play a factor into his newfound team with the ‘Irish Lass Kicker’.
