The Superstar Shakeup, one of the worst names for anything in WWE since Punjabi Prison, kicked off last night. The idea is to refresh the rosters of both RAW and Smackdown Live in a “trade” situation: if Kurt Angle wanted Bray Wyatt, for instance, he would have to negotiate with Daniel Bryan and listen to Bryan’s trade request in return.
While not a full Draft, plenty of Smackdown Live talent jumped ship, almost decimating the roster, which was pretty slim to begin with. Here are the RAW trades from Smackdown Live in full:
Bray Wyatt
Alexa Bliss
Mickie James
Curt Hawkins
Dean Ambrose
The Miz
Maryse
Apollo Crews
Kalisto
Heath Slater
Rhyno
Nowhere near as bad as many fans believed, it’s still sad to see parts of the core of Smackdown find new homes. Miz has been revitalised on the blue brand and the same goes for Bray Wyatt. The main worry is that they will now get lost in the shuffle and fall down the pecking order.
