New Black Ops III: Eclipse DLC Trailer Released

The second DLC pack for Black Ops III is just around the corner. With it are some amazing looking maps, and what I’m personally excited for, another chapter in the exciting Zombies mode, which the trailer in question displays.

Our four heroes arrive via capsized boat to a mysterious island in the Pacific. It’s Takeo’s time to shine this go around, having his future self’s part of the Origin’s storyline, and zombies as a whole, potentially come to an end.

Zetsubou No Shima, is the fourth zombies map to come to Black Ops III, this time we get to see just how twisted the experiments with Element 115 truly were, as it warps not just men but plants as well.

Fast-paced action, new guns, and maybe even some peaceful time to swim when a crawler is scraping the ground while you’re doing the easter eggs, and enjoy the lovely scenery.

Coming with this DLC are four multiplayer maps:

Verge
A recreation of the map, Banzai from Call of Duty: World At War. Drop on in and fight for one of the last remaining water sources in a post-apocalyptic world.

Spire
Seems to be the next big thing in video game DLC add-ons these days. Spire takes players to an exciting Airport Terminal sky-high, from level to level, with nice open areas for some great mid-range combat. All with the ever looming chances of falling to your demise a couple thousand feet off solid ground.

Rift
Brisk, close=quarters combat over an active volcano? Yes please! Rift takes you to a military complex, okay, a Futuristic Military Complex, but with it being Black Ops III, the theme generally is “future” or “post-apocalyptic” or both, but I digress. Players will get to experience fast-paced action, using both the rift tunnels, and elevated railways to get around this close quarters map.

Knockout
Maybe if you’re wanting a nice peaceful escape from the explosions, and war, why not take a nice relaxing vacation to a Shaolin Temple, maybe place bets on a Kung Fu tournament… with guns.
Knockout hits the ceremonial gong for a exciting mid-sized map, where I’m almost certain, will be where everyone settles things with knives.

This exciting expansion is coming soon, April the 19th. If it suits your fancy, then by all means, go for it.
