One of the biggest games of last year, Vampire Survivors practically became an overnight sensation when it launched on PC, and the momentum continued to build when developer Poncle ported to the game over to Xbox and Mobile. Now, the developers have announced the next logical step: bringing the acclaimed survival roguelike to the Nintendo Switch on August 17th. Take a look at the trailer at top of the page.
Vampire Survivors on the Nintendo Switch includes all the survival action you know and love from the game already, only now you can take it out and about with you on the Nintendo Switch. If you’re not a Steam Deck owner, the Switch version is probably going to be one of the best ways to experience Vampire Survivors. On top of that, the Switch release will include all released update content, and the first two DLCs will be dropping on the eShop the same day.
However, the fun doesn’t stop there, as Poncle also revealed today that they’ve been hard at work on a couch co-op mode for Vampire Survivors, which will allow up to four players on one system the chance to work together and kill hordes of monsters. The four-player mode is set to launch as a free update for all platforms the same day as the Nintendo Switch launch, August 17th.
