Oftentimes in video games, you’ll unlock the lion’s share of your loot by taking it from your enemy’s cold, dead hands, but sometimes you want to earn your spoils a bit more passively. Like A Dragon: Ishin allows for that reality, as players can gamble away their prize tickets for a shot at the prize wheel. However, what players might not realise is that there’s more than one prize wheel.
Here’s everything you need to know about how to unlock the Rare Prize Wheel in Like A Dragon: Ishin.
How To Unlock The Rare Prize Wheel

As you explore the city of Kyo in Like A Dragon: Ishin, you’ll be given prize tickets for spending money at the various shops and restaurants, or you can find them lying on the floor in random locations. Once you have some prize tickets, you can then spend them at the Prize Wheel stall, located in the northwest corner of the Kuramachi region in Fushimi.
In order to unlock the Rare Prize Wheel stall, you need to earn all five prizes in the regular wheel. This can be a bit of an arduous process, considering that the prizes you receive are random, so expect to be given too many pieces of scrap paper in your pursuit of the Rare Prize Wheel.
After earning all five prizes at least once in the regular Prize Wheel draw, you’ll unlock the Rare Prize Wheel, which includes five different, more valuable prizes. The trade-off instead however is that entry into this draw costs five tickets. If that’s too many tickets to spend for you, you’ll also unlock the Lucky Prize Wheel for the regular prize pool, which costs two tickets but gives you a much higher percentage of earning the top three prizes.
Like A Dragon: Ishin is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X & S.
