Glumberland have announced that Ooblets, their charming creature collecting and farm management sim hybrid, will be launching on the Nintendo Switch this summer. Check out the announcement trailer at the top of the page.
Ooblets sees players take on the role of a creature collector who manages their own shop and farm. Players can walk around town, make friends with the locals and even use their creatures to compete in dance battles. It’s all very weird, but cute and fun. Honestly, Ooblets seems like it’ll be right at home on the Nintendo Switch.
The game’s already available on PC via Early Access on the Epic Games Store, and via Game Preview on Xbox One and Xbox Series X | S, but Ooblets will also enter 1.0 on those platforms when the Switch version launches. The full version of the game will include all the already released content, along with new locations, new quests and a conclusion to the game’s main storyline, so whether you’re a veteran Ooblets player or only just getting started, this summer is the perfect time to play.
