A huge, marquee main-event has already been scheduled for next year’s WrestleMania, pitting current SmackDown Women’s Champion, Ronda Rousey, against ‘The Man’, Becky Lynch. The news comes from the Wrestling Observer News, who have stated that the long-anticipated singles match between the two female stars is all but confirmed as one of the two main-events for Hollywood.

Vinnie Mac himself is reportedly keen on having Rousey and Lynch go one-on-one, having already put butts in seats for WrestleMania 35 when the two were featured in the first-ever Women’s main-event alongside Charlotte Flair. Since Rousey’s return to the WWE as part of the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble match, which she went on to also win, wrestling fans have been dying to see ‘The Baddest Woman on the Planet’ finally get her singles match against one of WWE’s biggest stars since the Attitude Era.

Although Lynch may have lost a little bit of the momentum she once had when facing off with Ronda, there’s no denying that this would be a huge main-event contest for next year’s WrestleMania.
