Horror FPS Kingdom Of The Dead Launching On PC In January

There's even a demo dropping today.

Kingdom of the Dead

Indie devs Dirigo Games, along with publishers Hook from the Digital Bros Group, have announced that their horror FPS Kingdom Of The Dead will be coming to PC via Steam on January 26th. Check out the debut trailer at the top of the page.

What’s Kingdom Of The Dead All About?

Kingdom of the Dead is in North America during 1800s, and sees players taking on the role of Agent Chamberlain, a former professor turned Army General who works for a secret government program known only as Gatekeeper. Their purpose is to stand against the armies of Death, who’s threatening to overwhelm the human world.

Kingdom of the Dead is a classic FPS, that even includes multiple objectives depending on the difficulty you select, along with 8 weapons and multiple enemy types to defeat. However, the most eye-catching aspect of Kingdom of the Dead is the hand drawn visuals, with the black and white art style creating a wholly unique FPS unlike any other.

When Can I Play Kingdom Of The Dead?

If you can’t wait until January to play Kingdom of the Dead when it launches on Steam, you can download a free demo through the Alienware Arena website, but be warned: supplies are limited. The demo will include the first level of the game, multiple difficulty levels and the ability to choose from different colour modes for the game’s visuals.
