The first full trailer for Game of Thrones Season 8, its final season consisting of feature-length episodes, has been released.
The trailer has a heavy focus on the incoming undead army threat, so it seems like the throne-hopping will be less of a focus this time out, or at least for its final stretches. Cersei will, presumably, be dealt with in the first couple of episodes.
We see plenty of shots of Westeros preparing for the White Walkers, including dragons flying over Winterfell, though there are few shots of the horde themselves. What’s interesting, however, is that Arya, who hasn’t been fazed by anything in a season or two, is shown to pretty damn panicked in the beginning of the trailer.
Game of Thrones Season 8 begins on April 14th.
