Fortnite is no stranger to bold crossovers — from Marvel to Star Wars to even cartoon classics — and the rumour mill has been buzzing about an upcoming Simpsons collaboration. What might it look like when the residents of Springfield descend on the Fortnite island? What features, skins, and map changes could Epic deliver? While nothing is official yet, leaks and hints have painted a vivid picture of what could become one of Fortnite’s most iconic crossovers.

Fortnite X The Simpsons Leaks

Multiple leaks suggest the Simpsons crossover will arrive as a mini-season following Chapter 6 Season 4, potentially launching November 1, 2025. This has been in the offing since July, so it may be subject to change. However, going from Fortnitemares into The Simpsons is smart as it barely gives players a chance to get bored as we head into Q4. The speculation is that it won’t span an entire standard season but rather run for about four weeks.

Fortnite X The Simpsons Map

One of the more exciting rumors is that the crossover will introduce a Springfield-themed mini map, possibly in the format of a “Reload-sized” mode (a smaller battle royale variant). That’s pretty good for all us older Simpsons fans who don’t have time to get our days ruined in full-sized lobbies.

Leakers even suggest the mode might be capped at ~40 players and have its own separate lobby, but you will, of course be able to use your skins across all modes.

Teasers in the current game already hint at things to come. Posters featuring pink donuts with bug sprinkles have been spotted in Utopia City, potentially teasing both a bug invasion theme and The Simpsons.

Granted, this could be nothing, but that is basically the exact shade of “Simpsons donut pink”.

Fortnite X The Simpsons Skins

It would be weird if The Simpson parents, Homer and Marge, weren’t involved, so you can pretty much lock in skins for these We might also see Bart, Lisa, and Maggie as extra cosmetics or have them in some special kind of suit to accommodate the height difference with the usual Fortnite skin. Plus, we might get ancillary characters like Mr. Burns, Krusty, Ned Flanders, Moe, Apu, Chief Wiggum, and more.

We do, however, have our first actual look at a Simpsons cosmetic in Fortnite: a Kang and Kodos glider.

Personally, I think we simply have to get a rake for Sideshow Bob, either as a pickaxe or Mythic (please let it be a weapon).

And while I am just speculating here, you can expect skin prices to start from 1500 V-Bucks, though we might end up paying a bit more due to the Disney tax.

While this crossover might seem that big a deal as Fortnite basically collaborates with everything, this will be the first time people will be able to play The Simpsons in a non-mobile game since The Simpsons Game way back in 2007. The average Fortnite player was barely even alive then.
