Following her being revealed as part of a loading screen, the female Midas is finally coming to Fortnite as an official skin by the name of Marigold.
Arriving as part of the Golden Touch Challenge Pack, players will unlock the Marigold skin immediately when purchasing the pack, but will also be able to complete challenges to earn some V-Bucks back. Challenge Packs tend to be pretty good value as you typically earn your money back fairly quickly while doing challenges that are completed by playing naturally.

“The femme fatale that fortune favored. Includes Outfit, Back Bling, Pickaxe, and Quests to earn up to 1,500 V-Bucks!”
The skin is also reactive, meaning that players will turn gold when they earn more eliminations:
“Outfit and Back Bling become more gold with each elimination! Weapons Marigold picks up can turn to gold!”
It’s good to see that Marigold will have the same gold ability as Midas, though them turning more gold over the course of the match instead of you being able to select a style might be a little disappointing for some.
When Will The Golden Touch Challenge Pack Release?
These Challenge Packs are usually available in the same week that they are discovered, but there’s no official release date alongside the Golden Touch Challenge Pack. It will almost definitely arrive before the launch of Season 6, however. As for how long it will be around for, Challenge Packs usually linger for weeks and weeks.

How Much Will The Golden Touch Challenge Pack Cost?
Just like previous Challenge Packs, the Golden Touch Challenge Pack costs £11.99/$14.99. While this might sound like it’s kind of steep, you typically earn your money back after completing some rather straightforward challenges. You sadly won’t be able to buy the skin or its Back Bling with V-Bucks, it has to be with real money.
