It’s almost that time again: the launch of a brand new Fortnite season, and this time, we’re going Greek. With Season 1 of Chapter 5 winding down, we’ve had a lot of teases and mini-events for, including a few cracks and a giant hand, and now we know for sure that next season will have a Greek myth theme, as the season will be called Myths & Mortals. . But when can you kick off the fun in Fortnite: Chapter 5 – Season 2?
Fortnite: Chapter 5 – Season 2 will start on Friday, March 8th, 2024.
The game will go into downtime on March 7th following the conclusion of the ongoing mini-event, then launch into Season 2 once the update has been properly checked and pushed out. You can expect to be playing it early in the morning if you’re in the US, or around noon if you’re in the UK.
As of right now, there is currently a mini-event on the island that will culminate with a giant hand emerging from the ground, which will then likely be a POI for Season 2. We’ve had plenty of hints at the theme for next season, and it seem like the Battle Pass has also already been almost completely revealed, except for the usual crossover skin. Spins of Greek gods seems to be the theme.
