Final Fantasy XV Gets Crossover DLC With Assassin’s Creed

AC FF Crossover

Final Fantasy XV will have a new free DLC coming next week, and it involves Ubisoft’s multi-million selling franchise Assassin’s Creed. In fact, from August 31st to January 31st, 2018, the Assassin’s Festival will take place in Lestallum. During this event, players will be able to participate in new activities as well as collect new items. You will also be able to explore Lestallum by climbing buildings and running on rooftops, just like a real assassin.

Truly, the new partnership between Square Enix and Ubisoft will start on August 30th. Players who obtained the “Dream Egg” from the Moogle Chocobo Carnival will receive a new Assassin outfit for Noctis. It will be possible to collect another Assassin outfit throughout the festival’s activities.

The two companies also unveiled a piece of artwork showing Bayek, from Assassin’s Creed Origins, and Noctis, from Final Fantasy XV, holding each other’s weapons.

With this collaboration, Ubisoft is clearly doing some publicity for their next big release, Assassin’s Creed Origins, which is out on October 27th. We hope that this DLC will not be the only crossover between these two great franchises.
