You know you’re getting old when you don’t understand memes anymore. For the past however many weeks it’s been stale for, a whoa-ing Crash Bandicoot has plagued the internet with his flailing arms and jellied spine, popping up almost everywhere without prejudice.
And now he’s in Doom thanks to a genius/accursed mod.
Head on over to DoomWorld and download the Woah! Crash Bandicoot Doom (unofficial redux) mod for the original iD classic to replace all over the hellish monsters with the ginger marsupial.
He’s some footage of it in action. It also comes with a fidget spinner, because 2017 has been a really long year.
My favourite part of all this? The bug listing on the mod page:
“A weird orange rat appears sometimes.”
Just in case you have some pent up rage from the N Sane Trilogy to release, this mod seems like it will do the trick, allowing you to shotgun Crash (or at least a severely mutated version of him) until the pain slowly subsides.
