With Kratos cementing his status as the world’s greatest dad and a new giant serpent friend made, God of War’s showing at E3 2017 last night was a success.
It showed off more of the gameplay, opened up the rich and interesting new game world, and proved that sometimes an axe is better than two blades.
The best thing to come out of it, however, was a release date. As expected, God of War will launch in 2018, despite some rumours of a November release date.
